Konnte den QR Code scannen und dann wars einfach.Service 5 of 5 Ja die Übergabe durch den Mitarbeiter war prima. Fand ich super, da meine englischen Sprachkenntnisse sehr beschränkt sind (spreche es viel zu wenig bis gar nicht), dass er auch fliessend Deutsch sprach, was die Sache noch vereinfachte.

Telephone hotline 5 of 5 War auch o.k. Hab einmal angerufen, um noch einen Tag zu verlängern. Beim Abholen war es mir etwas undeutlich, vielleicht hatte ich auch nicht richtig zugehört - dass ich den Schlüssel einfach an der Rezeption abgeben sollte. Hatte dann auch noch mal die Hotline angerufen, aber das lief leider nicht so rund. Ist aber trotzdem alles in Ordnung gekommen.
