Telephone hotline 5 of 5 Wir hatten nach dem Parken eine Beule im Kotflügel festgestellt, der Verursacher war leider verschwunden, daraufhin die Hotline angerufen, tolle Hilfe, Versicherungsagent zur Aufnahme des Schadens kam innerhalb einer Stunde. Alles sehr komplikationslos.
Price-quality 5 of 5 Super, aufgrund des oben beschriebenen Schadens Sorge gehabt was jetzt kommt, das Auto wurde bei der Rückgabe komplikationslos übernommen, 10 Minuten später saßen wir schon im Shuttlebus zum Flughafen. Das Versprechen Vollkasko ohne Selbstbeteiligung wurde für uns nachweislich eingehalten :-)
