Online Booking 5 of 5 Ich habe die Homepage leicht über Google gefunden, dass sie auf Deutsch ist, ist ein großes Plus gegenüber der Konkurrenz. Die Preise sind transparent.
Service 5 of 5 Vor Ort war alles in Ordnung, das Fahrzeug wurde pünktlich bereitgestellt und auf Hinweis auch gewaschen.
Booking procedure 4 of 5 Es war alles schnell und gut, nur es gab etwas Verwirrung als ich das Fahrzeug verlängern wollte, da meine Reservierung irrtümlich als neu vom System angesehen wurde. Mit 2-3 Telefonaten wurde das aber geklärt.
Condition of rental car 5 of 5 Am Fahrzeug gab es nichts auszusetzen - guter Zustand und neuwertig.
Telephone hotline 4 of 5 Die Hotline ging schnell ran, aber ich hatte jedesmal jemanden anders, sodass es schwierig war meinen Reservierungswunsch zu kommunizieren und zu bearbeiten.
Price-quality 4 of 5 Der Preis war mit den Rabatten zur Vorauszahlung ok, aber wegen der Hochsaison war es natürlich teuer und teurer als dasselbe Fahrzeug in z.B. Deutschland.
